Sea World

Last but not least! Sea World was a wonderful exprience. Just a whole lot of walking to be able to see everything we wanted to see. The shows were wonderfully amusing and the underwater viewing areas were fabulous! The girls loved the killer whale show. We also enjoyed feeding the sea lions, although the fish we were tossing to them did not smell very fresh to us! lol.

The girls did wonderful the entire trip, even on the flight. Madison had never been on a plane but she acted like a seasoned traveler.

We didn't have a full day at Sea World since our flight was at 4 pm, but we were there long enough to see most of the attractions.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom was alot of fun. I think we had most fun here. Gray loved Dino Land since she is just obsessed with dinosaurs as she is with horses. We also were able to go on the Safari ride which was good! It was alot of fun and we got to see all of the animals.

We were able to see a couple of the characters and we also got to ride a couple rides.

Gray and Madison had their face painted too. I mean what is a good park without face painting?

Let the Memories Begin!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone who views this blog is doing well. I am sorry I haven't been doing very well at keeping the blog up to date but I am trying to remember!

We took a quick trip to Disney in Orlando the last weekend of March. It was the first time at Disney for Gray, Madison and myself. We really couldn't have asked for better weather! It was in the mid 80's while we were there. The first day we visited Magic Kingdom which is a little overwhelming at any age I think. The second day we visisted Animal Kingdom which was much more enjoyable. And the third day we visited Sea World. Sea World was wonderful, just alot of walking to be able to see all the shows and all the animals.

It was a really busy weekend but totally worth it. I think we may plan another trip in October in hopes it will be alittle less busy! Enjoy!

January 2010

Well January came and went so quick there isn't alot of pictures! I think we had one day in the whole month that it was warm enough to venture outside. So, we drove down to the beach and got to enjoy some sand between our toes and watch Jake play in the water. The day ended with us having to pull a minivan off the sand. The lady and her kids decided to try driving on the beach and I think they made it like 50 feet from the entrance!

Christmas 2010

Merry Christmas everyone. We had a wonderful evening last night with our best friends and their kids. And this morning we had a great time opening presents with Gray. We will be heading to Myrtle Beach around lunch time to go visit Gray's grandma and grandpa Johnson.

Recap 2010....

1. Face painting is still something Gray always wants done when we visit the fair, circus, local festivals or in this case Bush Gardens.

2. We are always trying to take Gray to different places, this summer we took her to the Marbles Kids Museum in Raliegh! It was great and I highly recommend it if you are close to Raliegh.

3. Gracyn is obsessed with horses. She has this sixth sense and can track them down if we go somewhere that has pony rides! We just had Gracyn's fifth birthday party today and she and all her friends had the chance to ride ponies! It was great fun and exhausting all at once. Okay, I promise more pictures soon!

Hey everybody! I am so sorry that I haven't kept up with this blog. This year has been a time for us to focus on enjoying life and somewhere I just forgot to post the pictures to keep everyone else up to date. But have no fear, I have lots of pictures! It may just take me while to get some posted.

Alligator adventure with Grandpa Dave and Memaw

We took Gray down to Myrtle Beach on the day after Christmas to spend some time with David and Wanda. We went shopping which is always a Johnson favorite and then visited Alligator Adventure. It turned out to be a semi-warm day and we were able to walk the entire park without catching frostbite! Gray loved all the animals as usual and was able to pet a baby alligator, a turtle and a snake. It was a fun day for us all! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. I know we did. Christmas 2009!

Christmas 2009! A wonderful day! Gray was excited when she found the horse that Santa left her on the front porch. :-) It has been a nice lazy day for us. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Christmas also! Enjoy!
