Easter Egg hunt!

Gracie and her cousins Maddie and Savannah had an easter egg hunt on Saturday. Gracie had her basket so full her eggs were falling out the top when she walked. Her and Maddie would spot the same egg at the same time and they would run to get them. It was lots of fun for us to watch. They probably "searched" for eggs for well over an hour. Hope everyone had a great Easter. Love you all and Enjoy the pics!

Yard work isn't so bad Daddy!

Hello everyone. We have been so busy here lately. Ardie(GiGi) was in all last week spending some time with Gracie. They had lots of fun and Mommy and Daddy had lots of relaxation. Saturday we all worked out in the yard. GiGi and Gray planted some flowers in Gray's flower pots. As you can see she was quite interested in wearing her gloves and mommy's gloves too. We are planning to drive to VA this weekend so Gray can go Easter Egg hunting with her two cousins. Hope all of you are having a great week. Enjoy the pictures.(GiGi we miss you already!!)Gray said to tell you it was dark outside:-)

Ma I wanna ride the cow!

Gracie is doing so well now. She just is talking up a storm! She is talking in full sentences now and it often catches us off guard when she uses new phrases or words. I is a crazy life with a 2 year old!

Sunday adventures.

Today was another great adventure. Gracyn was all about the alligator at the aquarium. She is getting so good at telling us names of all the fish she sees(mostly thoses in the Nemo movie). Today she got her first set of "wheels". We finally got the battery all charged and off she went. It was a "used" power wheel but looked brand new, before Gray got behind the wheel. Lets just say Mommy and Pop Pop Mike broke out in a sweat chasing her and almost being able from keeping her from running into every parked car she came near!!
Enjoy!

Heart day and some new pj's what a great week!

What a great week. Not only did Gray get some new pj's, she also decided she was a big girl and wanted to sleep on the couch! She was quite unhappy when she wakes up and finds out she is back in her crib! She is growing up too quick.
Her GiGi sent her a V-day card that had Nemo all over it!

A few pics to make ya smile!

Some trampoline fun today.

Gray putting on her gloves to help with laundry at work....lol.
Gray "yelling" at the top of her voice(and boy is it loud!)

Ahhh finally some warm weather!

Can you tell you that she is happy to be outside?

It is awefully cold these days...

It has been so cold or rainy that we haven't been doing much other than trying to keep Gray entertained(that is a full time job). We try to bundle her up so she can play outside cause she loves being outdoors. Today the sun came out just long enough to go for a walk around the neighborhood. Thankfully, the neighborhood kids were out and about and helped me keep Gray moving to burn some of her energy off.
As you can see she thought she should babysit the frog in the flower bed! She is such a funny little girl.
The top picture is of her "scary" face, I try to act scared but mostly just laugh. The last one is one I snapped today after she woke up from a nap. Gotta love all that hair huh?
Hope all is well with everyone. Enjoy the pics!

Christmas 2007

Merry Christmas Everyone! We had lots of presents to open this morning! Santa was really good to the Johnson family this year. Gray's auntie Sam and auntie Megan came to visit this weekend with their two little girls Maddy and Savannah. We took all three girls to the aquarium to see all the fish. They were too cute running and crawling around. Then we went to our neighbors on Christmas Eve to exchange gifts and eat, and this morning Pop Pop Mike came over to exchange gifts. Now we are getting ready to go back to the neighbors to eat Christmas dinner. What a great weekend! I have been fortunate and had the chance to spend the season with my family and my friends. Who could ask for more? Have a wonderful day and enjoy the pictures!

Oh Christmas Tree

Gray decided she could help hang the ornaments this year. Of course several of the branches have more than one ornament but that is just the way it will stay:-)
Hope everyone has had fun getting in the spirit of the season. I know this year has been alittle tough on us but we will pull through.
I know the one pic is really off on color, that of course was my fault. My model did everything I asked but I had the camera on the wrong setting.
Oh, we went for Gray's 2 year doc appointment and she is 30 lbs and 2 foot 11 inches! She was such a big girl letting them prick her finger for blood and get 3 shots.
Love you all and Enjoy the pics!

Over the bridge and through the border to Mexico we go....

Well, Gray has officially been out of the good ole USA. While in TX during Thanksgiving GiGi took us over to Progresso, Mexico. I think the most fun was seeing Gray look at the big chicken statues at the border.
Thanksgiving and Gray's second B-day went well. I must say I am considering moving her birthday party up a few weeks next year. Having her birthday so close to Thanksgiving is alittle tougher than I thought. Too many worries about the holiday and not enough thoughts about a little girls birthday.
Hope all is going well with everyone. I promise to be alittle better at posting pics. Things have been alittle hectic around here.

Nemo, Nemo it is all about Nemo.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to post a couple pictures before we head off for Thanksgiving Day vacation in Texas. We will be leaving on Wednesday and returning late Monday.
As you can all see Gray is pretty envolved with Nemo these days.
It is so hard to believe that she will be two in just 10 days. Where did the time go?
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Hope you all have a great Turkey day and fun shopping afterwards!
Love you all!
